  I've trained at Middleton BJJ for around 4 years and I believe it is the best decision I have ever made.
  
  Over the last 4 years I have my self confidence has sky rocketed which has helped me in both my personal life and my career. I've also made life long friends who welcomed me with open arms when I was apprehensive and nervous about starting a new sport with people I didn't know.
  
  The coaching is fantastic, it's great fun, the class fee's are unbelievably cheap and its a great way to get in shape.
  
  All in all I would recommend this to anyone. Whether you're on your own or in a group, come by and try a class, you'll regret not trying it sooner!
